Application for a Telecom Licence
Radio Licence Application.
The Telecommunications and Radiocommunications Regulator (TRR) has today 4 November 2010,released revised versions of radio licence application forms replacing the original formats which have been in use for many years; from the Department of Post and Telecommunication era up to the days when TVL was responsible for radio licensing and during the early days of the Regulatory office. The new forms adopt a new format which is easy to fill out and have brief explanations for the type of service each form is intended to be used for. In some cases where appropriate, important additions have been made for applicants to supply specific additional transmitter site data, such as geographical coordinates, antenna heights, transmission bandwidths, etc. These additional data are important and would greatly assist the Regulatory office in its endeavour to build a proper national spectrum database. Soft copies of the forms can be downloaded here, filled and return to the TRR office for processing.
