Good news — if you’re a holder of an Radio apparatus licence, or applying for a new licence, we’ve released some new online tools to help you to directly submit requests to:
• Update client contact details
• Apply for a licence
• Renew a licence
When you submit a request, you’ll receive a reference number that you should use in any follow-up enquiry about your submission.
The TRR is encouraging the electronic submission of licence application and technical information in order to streamline and speed up processing. The addition of these tools is the first step in this ongoing project to develop an online system.
Instructions are provided online and you will receive a confirmation from the TRR once we process your request.
